Monthly Report: The Monthly Report is a concise summary of each cow’s performance on test day as well as for her lactation to date, with additional notes that are helpful in making management decisions regarding each animal. This report was designed to be used for reviewing group performance, as well as for isolating those animals whose productive, reproductive and udder health records show significant differences from their herdmates. The Monthly Report may be presented in different sequencing options.

• Age at Last Calving: The cows are listed in ascending order by their age when they last calved.
• Cheese Yield: Lists the cows in descending order by their calculated daily Cheese Yield.
• Days in Milk (DIM): Lists the cows in descending order by their Days in Milk.
• Energy Corrected Milk (ECM): Cows are listed in descending order by their test day pounds of Energy Corrected Milk.
• Fat Corrected Milk (FCM): Lists the cows in descending order by their test day pounds of 3.5% Fat Corrected Milk.
• Management Events: Separate listings, sorted in descending order by the date the event is/was to take place. The Management events listed are Cows to Calf, Cows to Dry, Cows to Breed and Potential Cows to Cull.
• Milk Pounds: Lists the cows in descending order by their test day pounds of Milk.
• Relative Value: Relative Value calculations are used to compare individual animal production to that of the herd. The comparison is based on the calculated 305-day Mature Equivalent record each cow achieves. Results are shown in pound differences in milk, fat and protein and also as percentage of the herd average Relative Value. The cows are listed in descending order by their Percent Relative Value on this report.
• Sire Groups: Cows are listed in groupings by their sire. Herdmate comparisons are shown. This report is a useful tool in determining which bulls have proven positive results within the herd.
• Somatic Cell (SCC): This report lists the cows in descending order by their test day Somatic Cell Raw Counts.
